Disconnect Google Calendar from Unloki
- Sign in to the relevant Unloki Admin account.
- Open App Store and select Google Calendar.
- Open the integration settings and choose “Disconnect Google Calendar”.
- Confirm the disconnection.
Disconnecting removes the stored Google authorization and connection metadata required to continue synchronizing that tenant. Unloki will no longer create or update events through that connection.
Events already created in Google
Disconnecting does not delete events that were already created in Google Calendar. The Google account owner can review and delete those events directly in the selected Google calendar. Pausing sync also leaves existing events in place.
Request deletion of account or personal data
The public deletion-request email will be added before publication. Until then, use the support channel supplied with the relevant product account.
We may ask for information needed to verify identity, account authority, and the scope of the request. Where a business customer controls the data, we may direct the requester to that customer or coordinate with it.
What happens after a verified request
We will assess the request, confirm the applicable products and records, and delete or anonymize information that is no longer required. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping. We will explain material retention where required.
Timing
We acknowledge and respond to verified requests within the period required by applicable law. Complex requests or requests involving a customer-controlled account may require additional coordination.
